Research Based School Assemblies – A Program to Give Your Child Confidence to Fight Bullying

Bullying in schools is a serious problem. It kills the confidence of our children without our knowledge. They start showing regression in studies, don’t talk much like before and in general, become introvert and quiet, just as they shouldn’t be. If at all, we come to know and meet the bullying students and teachers to stop the incidences from taking place in the future, we cannot guarantee that the bullying wouldn’t take place again. In such a case, the only way to overcome bullying is to increase our children’s confidence. The Research Based School Assemblies by Ron Shuali do just that!

Research Based School Assemblies

Ron Shuali is a multi-talented speaker who has a huge 15-year experience in the education industry. Among all his abilities, the most prominent and important is his speaking skill which motivates and inspires the listeners to such an extent that when he is on stage no one wants to know the time. He gives inspirational talks to students and teachers and conduct research based school assemblies to motivate children to fight against bullying. He first prepares them mentally and enhances their confidence. Next he teaches them strategies to fight bullying. During the assemblies, there is not only Ron’s lecture but also group discussions about bully prevention. The assemblies include the following sessions:

  • Breaking Bullying Circle: In this, Ron teaches children techniques to use mental martial arts to overcome bullying. At this stage, no physical martial arts are taught. Teaching children how to stop bullies from bullying, teaching effective tools to victims to increase confidence and teaching onlookers why helping is not tattling.
  • Yogarate: This is a combination of Yoga and Karate (martial arts). Children will learn to gain confidence without physical contact, 3 powercises to increase power of heart and lung, flexibility and energy, and 3 breathing techniques that increase focus and help to calm down.
  • Protection from a Dangerous Stranger: Children can not only be bullied by their fellow students but also by strangers. In the assemblies, children will also learn to identify a potential threat from strangers, what to yell to discourage a dangerous stranger and how to work as a team to prevent their friends from being taken.

The Research Based School Assemblies are a program especially designed keeping children in mind. So, you can rest assured that your children will get the necessary power and confidence to overcome difficult situations like bullying, and their academic and other progress won’t stop just because someone is scaring them.
