Dan and Cathy Sivak, college lecturers, understood the potential of digital technologies for delivering distance learning, in 1998. Once realized this, they instantly set up a shop and began creating a team of tech professionals to bring their vision into existence and CDSM was born!
With their innovative ideas like The Runner (an interactive 3D game commissioned by UfI LearnDirect to deal with the problem of adult literacy deficiency) CDSM went from strength to strength in the early 2000s. In the mid-2000s, their learning platform technology came into existence through the creation of My Learning Space, in which their goal was to bring the online learning experience to the school level across the UK. This program was expanded to “MLS Junior”, the first narrative-driven, fully interactive learning platform for children.
